These egg rolls are filled with a pork and veggie filling. Once rolled, they are fried to crispy delicious perfection.
What You Need:
Ground Pork or your choice or meat
Seasoning of your choice
Place your meat in a frying pan on medium heat with your onions, garlic, and seasoning.
Once cooked to your liking add in your coleslaw and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Place your filling on your wrap and follow the steps in the diagram above to make your roll. I like to add egg yolk to the bottom of my wrap for an easier seal but that is optional.
As you are making rolls, go ahead and start pre-heating your oil. I find it easiest to use a small pot to cook the egg rolls.
Once you have made your desired amount of egg rolls place in your oil and cook until golden.
