Sea Life is a one-story 28,000 square-foot indoor aquarium. The aquarium also sells combination tickets including admission to Legoland Discovery Center Kansas City, conveniently located next door.
Tickets to the aquarium are $20+tax for Adults and $16+tax for Children at the door. Discounted advance admission tickets are available for purchase online and guests 2 years old and younger may visit Sea Life free of charge. You can find all ticket prices here.
FREE parking is available in the Crown Center Parking Garage on weekends without validation and with validation during the week. Make sure to bring your parking stub to show to admissions when you arrive or before you leave to receive parking validation.
I really love how general admission tickets are valid for the whole day, so you are free to enter and exit at your leisure. As soon as you walk into the aquarium, you’re faced with large tanks of fish and on your left there is a door that takes you into another section of the aquarium. With Nolan being only 6 months old I was so surprised how content he was. I honestly felt like a child the whole time in the aquarium (it was my first time going to one). It is on the smaller side compared to other aquariums but there are nice attractions to see.
It took us about an hour and a half to get through the entire aquarium with taking photos. This was one of the coolest experiences and I cannot wait to visit different ones in the future!
